In Ethiopia, there is a great need for medical services at the Haramaya University Hospital Health Center, which operates several hospitals and clinics in eastern Ethiopia, as well as a teaching hospital to train young men and women to become doctors. The focus of the hospital system is general medicine, however it also offers specialties that small clinics cannot.
