The Kipkeino Primary School was constructed by Bread and Water for Africa® about 20 years ago to provide educational opportunities for children in the immediate vicinity, as well as the orphans and abandoned children who lived at the adjacent Lewa Children’s Home .
 
 

PROGRAM BENEFICIARIES/HIGHLIGHTS

The Kipkeino school served more than 350 students as a full-service primary school which also offers boarding facilities, plenty of extracurricular activities and physical education, as well as nursery school services.

CURRENT NEEDS

The current need is to construct a secondary school to provide higher-level educational opportunities for children from Lewa and the surrounding communities to complete their education.
