This image shows children and community members in Bukungulu and Bulumbu Buyiga villages in Uganda collecting safe drinking water from newly protected spring water sources. The projects were supported by Bread and Water for Africa through its partner Bega Kwa Bega as part of its Water Sanitation and Hygiene WASH program. These spring protection projects provide clean water to households schools health centers and places of worship improving sanitation health and daily life in rural communities.
